This was a wild day in the life of ME and a normal day in the life of Tabi Bonney. KV, my gurl Aleeta, and myself hopped in the whip with Tabi and took a trip up to New York to shoot a video for Tabi Bonney's new group "The Crybabieees". On the way up I was talking about how I was hoping we could've made it up for Tabi's CreativeControl shoot at Damon Dash's crib. He says aight well we'll go ahead and stop by if we got time since it's on the way. 2 hours later...I'm at DD172 taping Dame Dash whooping people in ping pong, laughing at Curren$y trying to do Tabi's dance from the JetSetter video, and dapping up Ski Beatz who was in the middle of Skyping. After we left there we headed over to NY's meat packing district to shoot this amazingly dope Crybabieees video directed by Tabi. This is a day in the life! More stuff coming soon!

Curren$y - Pilot Talk

Pilot Talk is the third studio album and major label debut by Curren$y It is distributed through Def Jam. The album was scheduled for a June 15, 2010 release but was pushed back to July 13. The entire album is solely produced by Ski Beatz except "Prioritize", which is produced by Nesby Phips, and "Roasted", which is produced by Monsta Beatz. Ski Beatz also remixed the song "Breakfast" for the album which was originally produced by Mos Def.

Yankee's George Steinbrenner Suffers Fatal Heart Attack

Yankee's former owner(passed team on to sons), George Steinbrenner has died.

UPDATE at 9:50 ET: The New York Daily News, citing a Yankees team source, says George Steinbrenner died at about 6:30 a.m. ET today after suffering a heart attack last night.

WABC reports George Steinbrenner has suffered a massive heart attack. The TV station says the Yankees owner was rushed to St. Joseph's hospital. The New York Daily News and ESPN are reporting that "The Boss" is in "extremely critical condition."

Steinbrenner turned 80 on July 4th.

The Tampa Tribune reports that emergency crews responded at Steinbrenner's home last night. Steinbrenner last week told the AP he was "feeling good" after spending a couple hours in his office at the Yankees' spring training complex.

Bay News 9 also is reporting that it has been told by multiple sources that emergency crews went to Steinbrenner's home and that someone was transported to St. Joseph's.

During Steinbrenner's ownership, the Yankees have won 11 pennants and seven World Series.

The Yankees website is acknowledging that there are reports about Steinbrenner suffering a heart attack, but makes no further comment, as of 9:55 a.m. ET.

On May 25, 2010, at 8:58 a.m., traffic officers from the Santa Monica Police Department received a call for service from the parking manager of the 1550 beach lot; Central Parking. The caller reported that several vehicles were in the parking lot refusing to pay.

Upon arrival, a Traffic Service Officer was advised by the attendant that eleven vehicles were parked in parking spots and had not paid. The attendant advised that his supervisor approached the news crew at 7:40 a.m. and advised them they needed to pay for the parking spots. The news crew promised to pay for the spaces before 9:00 a.m. When the attendant approached the news crew at 8:50 a.m. to pay for the parking spaces, they ignored him. The parking attendant contacted his supervisor to call the Santa Monica Police Department.

A Traffic Service Officer approached the news crew and advised them she was there to address the issue of not paying for the parking spaces. A representative from the news crew stated they had already paid for the spaces and had a permit. The traffic service officer asked the representative for the receipt and permits. The representative walked away and did not come back.

At 9:20 a.m., the traffic service officer issued four citations for failing to pay to the vehicles that were parked in parking spaces. Although the news reporter stated on the live television broadcast that they had paid for the parking spaces at the time the officer was issuing the citations, the news crew actually paid for the parking spaces at 9:40 a.m., after the citations were issued.
