R.I.P Baatin - Another Slum Village Member Passes

REST IN MUSIC BAATIN

This has not been a good year for us AT ALL. Baatin, another member of Slum Village (Jay "Dilla" Yancey passed February 10, 2006), has passed away today. According to Talib Kweli's twitter(www.twitter.com/realtalibkweli) producer Hi-Tek was setting up to DJ for Slum Village tonight. Slum Village was supposed to perform tonight at Rock The Bells Deer Park Lake in Burbany, BC. He will surely be missed. Another lost in our music world.
